Items must be returned in their original condition. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

SECTION 16 — DELIVERY
Orders are dispatched from our partner warehouses with an average lead time of 5 to 7 weeks for specialist pallet delivery.
If your order is delayed by more than 30 days beyond the stated delivery window, you may request cancellation of your order and a full refund.
