We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return), using the same payment method as your original purchase.

Please note: The right to cancel does not apply to sealed goods that have been opened and are not suitable for return on health or hygiene grounds.

5.2 Faulty or Misdescribed Goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

All goods sold on this website must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your goods are faulty or misdescribed, you may be entitled to:
