Where it All Began...
After years of high-impact and overloaded fitness routines, Sophie realized she was neglecting her wellness. When Emma and her husband Ben faced fertility challenges, she saw the toll that a strenuous training and work schedule had on her health.
Making the decision to slow down, listen to her body, and prioritize the mindful movements of Pilates was transformational for Sophie health, and later, she and Ben achieved their dream of starting a family.
From this, Sophie love for Pilates began.
Like other moms, Sophie struggled to find time for herself whilst she and Ben were growing their commercial gym business. Sophie was now a qualified Pilates instructor and owner of multiple studios, so it was a no-brainer for her to purchase a commercial Reformer for her home. She quickly realized that having her own Reformer allowed her to take advantage of the small windows of time she had throughout the day whilst she juggled kids, work, and daily life.
